Fresh Thinking in Apls
4 days of hiking, breathwork, and space for fresh thinking
We are creating a small mountain journey in the Alps for those who want to shift their inner perspective: to step out of mental loops, bring the body back into movement, release accumulated noise, and feel access again to fresh decisions, ideas, and their own sense of direction.
It is unlikely that your problem is a lack of ideas. More likely, there are too many of them.
Too many tasks, expectations, half-formed decisions, unfinished concepts, and strategies that should have been reworked yesterday.
You may be someone who knows how to think, create, connect ideas, and find new ways forward.

But at some point, even a strong mind can start moving in circles.
You open the document and find yourself looking at the same sentences again.
You return to the same task for the fifth time.
You try to find a new angle for a product, a text, a project, or the next direction.
On this trek, your thinking can stop following the old route and begin to notice new connections. Especially if your work depends on the quality of your attention, the freshness of your perception, and your ability to see differently.
Hiking for Fresh Thinking
Beginner-friendly. No special training or mountain experience required.
  • Mountains create a break in context
4 days of hiking in the Alps. A light physical load, no special training required. Mountain passes, alpine streams, sunrise, and a wide horizon.
  • 3 nights in mountain refuges keep you inside the experience
Dinners after the trail, conversations around a shared table, early mornings, and mountain views from the window.
  • Breathwork shifts the quality of attention
Morning breathwork practices to reconnect with the body and create more inner clarity.
  • Lila works as a mirror
One evening with the Lila game as a way to look at your question from a different angle. Where am I moving in circles? What logic do I keep repeating? What becomes possible now?
You will..
  • Enjoy mountain trails and nights under the stars, in deep silence, on a unique alpine route.
  • Step away from the noise and demands of city life, find new ideas, and gain a fresh perspective on your career and personal goals.
  • Enrich the experience through connection with other participants in an atmosphere of support and mutual understanding.
  • Deepen your breathwork practice, improve your emotional state, and reset.
Mountains are very good at removing the unnecessary.
They bring you back to the body.
They slow you down.
They restore a sense of scale.
What awaits you
We walk a beautiful alpine route
Four days of trails, mountain passes, alpine streams, and crystal-clear air.
We meet the sunrise
in the Alps
On one of the mornings, we will leave early for a short climb before breakfast to see the mountains in the quietest and most delicate moment of the day.
We begin the morning with breathwork
We tune the body and mind for the day: more air, more clarity, and more connection with yourself before stepping onto the trail.
We create your personal map of fresh thinking
Each day, we will work with a personal “Mountain Thinking Journal” based on a specially designed methodology.
We play Lila with a personal question
One of the days will be dedicated to the Lila game as a way to look at your question from the outside, notice repeating loops, and find a new angle for movement.
Time in silence
Part of the route will be walked in silence, with one question. No music, no conversations, no rush to find the answer.
Program,
9–12 July 2026
Start and finish: group transfer from Geneva
Day 1
Group meeting → transfer → entering the route → first night in a mountain refuge
We begin at 9:00 in Geneva. From there, we take a transfer to Les Contamines-Montjoie.
A gentle entrance into the mountains: a short trek, getting to know the group, setting the tone for the route, and connecting with the question each person brings. A picnic in the mountains.
In the evening: dinner in the refuge and a grounding practice.
Day 2
Morning breathwork → main ascent / mountain pass → night in a refuge
In the morning: breathwork practice.
During the day: movement, ascent, mountain views, pauses.
In the evening: dinner in the refuge, recovery, silence, conversations, and simply space for yourself.
On this day, we will work with the theme of mental loops: how do I usually think about my question, where do I keep moving in circles, and which familiar way of thinking no longer helps me see something new?
Day 3
Sunrise in the mountains → scenic trekking → Lila /
a deeper look at your question
The most scenic and exploratory day of the route.
In the morning: we begin with an early sunrise walk at 3000 m.
During the day: a beautiful route with space for silence, observation, and a fresh way of seeing.
In the evening: we will play Lila as a practice for the question you bring with you into the mountains.
Day 4
Morning breathwork → descent / leaving the route → transfer
We return down, gather the experience, integrate, and close the journey with a final circle.
In the morning: breathwork practice.
During the day: we descend and gather what has become visible: ideas, decisions, questions, directions, and small next steps.
Transfer back, with arrival in Geneva around 20:00.
We are going for inspiration as a state
where living thinking and new perspectives become available again
We invite you to step out of the noise just enough to return to your life with a clearer mind.

This is a short, beautiful, and deep enough space for people who want to begin seeing freshly again.

To arrive with a question.
To walk the route with it.
To let the body move.
To let the mind rest.

And to leave with a new angle, a living idea, or
an honest next step.
